North Tower at The Point is a 31-story luxury high-rise condominium tower along the Intracoastal Waterways at 21205 Yacht Club Dr, Aventura, FL 33180. It was developed in 1997 by Coscan Homes in collaboration with Robert M Swedroe’s architectural firm.
The Point – Aventura is a luxury waterfront gated residential complex on the Intracoastal Waterways sharing 36 acres of the landscaped park area in the Northeast corner of Miami-Dade County.
