About Ensenada Towers
Ensenada Towers is an eight-story low-rise residential community of twin condominium buildings at 3401 & 3475 N Country Club Dr, Aventura, FL 33180. The towers were developed in 1971 by Oxford Development Company and Arlen Realty in collaboration with Morris Lapidus architectural firm.
The Towers at Ensenada were the first two buildings built in Aventura with 276 units, a recreation room with a piano, and a heated pool by the water. The property stretched a city block with three entrances. In November 1971, the towers were completed and ready for new residents.
